INFORMATION CAPTURE 

Maintenance measurement, verification and adjustment processes are carried out via work orders with intelligent maintenance plans. Additionally, fully customizable digital checklists are used for simplified inspection processes or opening tickets. IoT sensors can be easily connected for automated data and insight collection.

DIRECTED SERVICE

Tasks and smart work orders are targeted to work teams that are actively convened by the application. The user does not need to look for their pending issues and easily conducts their executions within the themes that can be: preventive, corrective, programmed corrective, damages and measurements. For each verification item, the maintenance history can be consulted before making adjustments and applying parts or consumables, or simply pointing out that it was already ok. Issues identified and not fixed are visible on work orders and dashboards until resolved.

HANDLING OF INFORMATION AND AUTOMATIONS

The calls generate workflows for the service according to the information collected. Preventive work orders are suggested or generated via measurement-based automation (eg, hourmeter and odometer) or deadline. All processes are monitored in an operational panel, with the possibility of directing pending issues, queries and operational adjustments to the controlled assets.
